This picture is of a lawn 3 weeks after hydroseeding! It was seeded August in 90 deg. heat without in-ground irrigation.  We did not bring in black dirt or topsoil.  We rotary tilled the clay/loam to kill the weeds and aerate the soil.  Then we used a drag to smooth it, hand raked and picked the rocks before we hydroseeded.  It was 1.33 acres and we completed the project in 2 days. Click on the picture for larger size.

 We did the grading, topsoil spreading, rotary tilling and hydroseeded with a heavy wood mulch application.  We only brought in topsoil where it was needed, saving the customer money.    Click on the pictures for larger size.
